PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) has secured a concession right for port services at Banjarmasin Port, East Kalimantan. The company signed a Concession Agreement through its subsidiary, PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi, with the Banjarmasin Class I Port Authority (KSOP) on August 5, 2025.

In a statement quoted on Friday (8/8/2025), TEBE’s President Director, Dian Heryandi, revealed that this agreement grants concession rights to PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi. The company has the right to carry out port service operations in PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi’s port area at Banjarmasin Port for a period of 27 years.

With this Concession Agreement, PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi can start operating and providing port services to many sectors other than just the coal sector in the Banjarmasin Port area. This is expected to increase the Company’s revenue through the dividends distributed by its subsidiaries.

“This Concession Agreement has the potential to boost the Company’s revenue by expanding the range of port services that PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi can offer. That way, the Company can earn more income and strengthen its financial capacity,” he said.

This Concession Agreement is expected to support the Company’s ability to keep operating in the future. With a 27-year concession period, PT Pelabuhan Talenta Bumi can carry out port service business activities in a stable and sustainable way, thus maintaining the Company’s sustainability.
