The President Director of Dana Brata Luhur Dian Heryandi said, Talenta Bumi has completed the development/ upgrade of Conveyor Line -4. This conveyor has an installed capacity of 2,000 tons per hour.

“In detail, Conveyor Line-4 has the largest installed capacity of the 3 Conveyor Lines currently owned by PT Talenta Bumi, each of which has a capacity of only 1,000 MT/hour,” he explained in a written statement, Wednesday (9/11/ 22).

He added, the process of upgrading conveyor line -4 had started since July and was completed in early November 2022. The plan is for Conveyor Line-4 to start operating after it was inaugurated on November 10, 2022.

For information, Dana Brata Luhur has a 30-hectare coal port located on the banks of the Barito river, Lepasan, Bakumpai sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan, with a coal stacking capacity of 300,000 MT.

“This port is the main infrastructure for transporting mining products. Prior to the construction of this port, mining companies in the area did not have access to distribution and marketing of coal.” he said.

Previously, until the end of 2022 the company targeted revenue of IDR 700 billion, this target has increased from the previous company targeting IDR 500 billion. Along with that, the profit target has also increased to Rp 300 billion from the previous Rp 200 billion.

Director Hendy Narindra explained, this target is in line with the trend of coal prices which will remain high at the end of 2022 and also in the future. “Thus, the company will take advantage of this momentum to maximize the capacity and facilities of coal supporting services,” he said.

The company’s commitment is shown by developing or upgrading the conveyor line previously mentioned.

Meanwhile, until the third quarter of 2022, the company managed to pocket a net profit of IDR 224.58 billion, growing up to 111.5% from the same period the previous year of only IDR 106.15 billion. The profit growth was in line with the company’s revenue which also increased 81.8% to Rp 525.99 billion from the previous Rp 289.35 billion.

Previously, TEBE planned to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share. This dividend distribution is based on the decision of the board of directors of Dana Brata Luhur on September 27 2022 and has been approved.

“Based on the decision of the board of directors of PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk on Tuesday, September 27 2022, it has been agreed that the company will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 32,125,000,000,” explained the company’s directors.

The interim dividend will be distributed for the 1.285 billion shares that have been issued by the company so that the dividend amount is Rp 25 per share.
