Dana Brata (TEBE) Distributes Interim Dividends
PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share.
This dividend distribution is based on the decision of the board of directors of Dana Brata Luhur on September 27 2022 and has been approved.
“Based on the decision of the board of directors of PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk on Tuesday, September 27 2022, it has been agreed that the company will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 32,125,000,000,” explained the company’s directors in an announcement in the Investor Daily, Thursday ( 29/9/2022 ).
The interim dividend will be distributed for the 1.285 billion shares that have been issued by the company so that the dividend amount is Rp 25 per share.
As for trading session I, Thursday (29/9/2022), TEBE shares opened at IDR 830 or the same as the market closing price on Wednesday (28/9/2022).
