PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) stated that it has carried out its first coal trading shipment of 7.4 thousand MT through its subsidiary PT Talenta Bumi.
Referring to the stock exchange disclosure on Wednesday (7/10), the company stated that there were no new significant contracts or revenue sources, nor any other material transactions.

However, management mentioned that the revenue from this first trading transaction has not provided significant or material income.

The company explained that the realization of the first 7.4 thousand MT shipment is an initial step in developing and testing its coal trading business model. According to management, this business leverages synergies with the company’s port facilities and logistics network.

Going forward, the Company says it will keep looking into gradually expanding its trading business while taking market conditions into account, all the while staying focused on strengthening its main business in infrastructure and port services.
