Emiten ke-46 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di bursa pada 2019 dan perusahaan ke-659 yang terdaftar di BEI.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada hari ini, Senin (18\/11). Emiten dengan sandi saham TENE ini menjadi emiten ke-46 yang mencatatkan sahamnya di bursa pada 2019 dan perusahaan ke-659 yang terdaftar di BEI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEBE menawarkan saham perdananya dengan harga Rp 1.096 per saham. Adapun saham yang diterbitkan adalah sebanyak 35 juta saham baru atau mewakili 2,72% dari seluruh modal yang disetor penuh setelah Initial Public Offering (IPO) dan Mandatory Convertible Loan (MCL) atau pinjaman wajib konversi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari hasil IPO ini, TEBE meraup dana segar senilai Rp 38,36 miliar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain IPO, TEBE juga akan menerbitkan saham baru dalam rangka pelaksanaan konversi MCL sebanyak 250 juta saham atau senilai Rp 274 miliar. Jumlah ini setara 20% dari seluruh total modal yang disetor penuh sebelum IPO atau 19,64% dari total modal disetor setelah IPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dengan demikian, persentase kepemilikan saham masyarakat adalah sebanyak 22,18% dari modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah proses IPO dan MCL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direktur Utama Dana Brata Luhur Dian Heryandi mengatakan, langkah TEBE untuk melakukan IPO merupakan bagian dari upaya perusahaan untuk mencapai visi misi TEBE menjadi perusahaan penyedia jasa infrastruktur dan transportasi batubara terintegrasi terkemuka di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, Hendy Narindra, Direktur TEBE mengatakan dana hasil IPO akan digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis perusahaan dengan rincian 80% digunakan untuk kebutuhan modal anak usaha yakni PT Talenta Bumi dan 20% sisanya akan digunakan TEBE sebagai modal kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masa penawaran umum berlangsung pada 11 November 2019 dan mendapat sambutan positif dari para investor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan terjadinya oversubsribed sebanyak 3,65 kali dari total saham IPO atau oversubsribed sebanyak 265,92 kali dari porsi pooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
