DBL always strives to maintain a harmonious balance between the Company and the Indonesian people in general as well as the communities surrounding the Company and the Head Office in particular. In addition, DBL always creates harmonious relations with other stakeholders such as customers, government and other related parties.

This refers to the Limited Liability Company Law No. 40 of 2007 in Article 74 which states that the implementation of corporate responsibility or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is aimed at creating a harmonious relationship with the environment, values, norms and culture of the local community. And referring to the World Business Council on Sustainable Development, CSR is a company’s commitment to behave ethically and contribute to sustainable economic development, while improving the quality of life of employees and their families, local communities and society at large.

To maintain a balance between business practices and environmental conservation efforts, the Company refers to the Triple Bottom Line principle. The Triple Bottom Line or ā€œ3Pā€ is aspect that the Company seeks to achieve by remaining focused on seeking for profit to provide economic benefit to all stakeholders (Profit) yet at the same time, maintaining balance by contributing to social welfare (People) and preserving environment (Planet).

Our commitment is to take an active role in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment for the benefit of the Company, local community, society, and next generations. This commitment is realized by managing various Social Responsibility or CSR programs in a focused, programmed, and consistent manner.
